This is just a quick note for all ya'll out there that think that a little strain or a tweak shouldn't sideline a player for a long amount of time. We have to remember that while these athletes are tough, injury does come with the territory and while we want these guys to just bounce back and play, it does take time.
In the case of Carlos Rodon, he's hurt, along with a bunch of other players including Harrison Bader. Our friends at Empire Sports Media wrote this on March 10th:
"The New York Yankees learned of some unsettling news on Thursday, as star pitching acquisition, Carlos Rodon, suffered a left forearm strain that will knock him out beyond the start of the regular season. Rodon signed a six-year, $162 million deal with the Bombers this off-season, hoping to pair with Gerrit Cole as the team’s top lefty pitcher."But there is definitely more to it, and it how he explains it that fans need to pay attention to it. This comes from Bryan Hoch:

The porn stashe is on point by the way.
But did you hear that? I mean sure, he'd love to be out there, and he could very well be fine. But he's talking about Game play. He can play through it but how long will he last? And so, the recommendation (and he's taking it) is to rest it and be 100% healthy soon.
Yes, it sucks for us, but that's the way it is. And trust me, I am sure Harrison Bader is in the same boat. I get it.
