Just to bring closure to the Carlos Torres story. (Read CARLOS TORRES ON THE YANKEES RADAR for a refresher.) You know, the former Mets righty that the Yankees were looking at. Well, the Yanks didn't get him... the Braves did.
ESPN writes:
"The Atlanta Braves have signed former New York Mets reliever Carlos Torres to a minor league deal with an invitation to spring training."
No big whoop... life goes on. Just keeping you in the loop because I know you were losing sleep over whether or not the Yankees would sign him...
That's sarcasm.
