The Yankees lost to the Rangers last night and I'm not going to fill you in on much, accept that they only had 3 hits the whole game. A recap on a Yankee fan site after a loss sucks. When they score no runs... it sucks more... so here it goes.
Ivan Nova was the only positive story for the Yankees. He pitched 7 innings and only gave up 3 runs. The Yankees should have and could have come back from that. But, their offense is lacking... and it's been lacking for weeks now and there is nothing worse than watching a team who can't hit or can't score runs. It's pathetic. You can blame the offense, you can blame the ownership for not manning the field with the correct tools... or you can just cross your fingers and hope this Yankee club turns it around. This may be the most pathetic display of "lack of confidence" I have ever seen in baseball. When you wear the pinstripes, you still need to work to win... it just doesn't happen. Success is earned... so earn it guys, seriously.
That's my rant... lousy recap... I don't care, I have nothing to tell you.
