BIG NEWS FROM GRANDERSON & PINEDA

2 things... I can't wait for Curtis Granderson to make it back and I cannot wait to see Michael Pineda pitch officially in pinstripes. I am praying he proves the doubters wrong.  It's been a tough road for him, some of it was self inflicted... let's hope the kid makes it back and becomes what we wanted.

The Associated Press has 2 nuggets HERE, and I wanted to give them to proper credit. According to them:

"...Curtis Granderson, recovering from a broken right forearm, could resume throwing on Thursday. He had follow-up X-rays Tuesday. 'Everything is looking good,' Granderson said.

Granderson says he has not started swinging a bat yet, but hopes that later this week he could be cleared to swing a fungo bat...

Pitcher Michael Pineda threw batting practice Tuesday for the first time since right shoulder surgery that sidelined him all of last season."

Be positive and stay inspired.
