3 IN A ROW FOR MY YANKEES

Another day, another game and it looks like whatever slump the Yankees were in is now a distant memory.  Let's keep the wins coming, OK?

Last night it was CC Sabathia who got the victory and he is now 9-6.  CC went 7 innings, gave up 7 hits and only 2 runs. He also earned his 200th victory. Anyway...  those 2 runs would be the only 2 the Twins would get... nice!  DRob came in to strike out 1 and then Mariano Rivera came in to get his 28th Save.  It was like clockwork.

For the offense, it went like this: Robinson Cano doubled in the 6th to knock in both Brett Gardner and Ichiro Suzuki.  At that point it was 2-2.  Alittle later, Lyle Overbay sacrificed home Cano... and that would be the difference.

Final: Yankees 3 - Twins 2.

Thank goodness... we seem to be rolling now! Enjoy the 4th today everyone... be smart and be safe.
