CULVER, AUSTIN & SANCHEZ REASSIGNED

Quick baseball note.  The Yankees sent 6 down to minor league camp as part of the "cut" process.  Cito Culver, whom we love here at BYB and who did an interview with us was sent down (read EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: CITO CULVER) as well as catcher Gary Sanchez and outfielder Tyler Austin.  The other guys were catchers Francisco Arcia & Kyle Higashioka, and Rob Segedin who plays outfield and 3rd. An important note on Segedin.  Pete Caldera of the Bergen Record did a great piece on him over the weekend. You can read it HERE, it's a fun read, Caldera does it best once again.

Look, it's that time of year. Thinks start to pick up and the kids go back until they are ready.  Nothing wrong with these send-backs... it's business... it's baseball.
