BRING IT ON ORIOLES, BRING IT ON!

Well, tonight in the single and only AL Wild Card game playoff tonight, the Orioles beat the Rangers 5-1 and now the Orioles will advance and play our New York Yankees Sunday night. Read about it HERE. The Yankees will indeed need to be ready.  Why? Because Buck Showalter was our golden boy once and now, he's on a mission with the O's.  He needs to prove to Yankeeland that they were foolish to fire him.  It's a personal thing for him, but it's developed into something quite gratifying for him as well. He loves his Orioles this season.

2 real quick observations, because this is Bleeding Yankee Blue, not Bleeding Orioles Orange... Buck Showalter observing his team of believers celebrating on the field after they won was priceless to me.  You have to look at this man and as much as I don't like him winning, you have to respect him. He made the Orioles, a bunch of nobodies believe in themselves, and guess what, they're good!  Looking at him watching his guys celebrate was a great site to see... for the game of baseball at least. Congrats to the O's.

Secondly, what the hell is Craig Sager wearing? I need to get that jacket and tie combo. He's one of the best dressed guys ever on a baseball field and we should start a series on BYB called "What's Craig Sager wearing today?"  I think it will be fun.

So, message to the New York Yankees... we know who we're playing. We know our mission. Now we need to execute, play hard and win the short series of the ALDS.  Let's do this, I believe in you.
