PRAISE FOR JAZZ FROM A FORMER YANKEE WE ALL LOVE

Everyone in the Bronx loves Jazz Chisholm right about now. His energy alone is the greatest gift we can have, but he's also being super productive and we as Yankees fans kind of credit that with this recent, terrific run. Remember, just recently the Yanks had an awful losing stretch, but again... Jazz wasn't there.  Now he is and all feels right in the world. 

One former Yankee great, and now Blue Jays manager loves the energy Jazz brings... and that's because he used to manage him in Miami.  Legend Don Mattingly.

The New York Post writes:

"Jazz is perfect. By all accounts and that perpetual smile, he loves the attention, the notoriety and the fans — yes, the very things missing in Miami.

“He likes the lights,” Yankees great Don Mattingly, his longtime Marlins manager and now a Jays coach, told The Post. “He’s fearless.”

Jazz was the right guy because he was practically the only guy to get."

Besides what I already see with the eye test, I gotta tell you that getting an endorsement like that from Mattingly is just plain awesome.
