It's no way to treat a player, but then the Yankees treated him like garbage too. Miguel Andujar just can't get a break. But the bottom line is this... baseball is a business.
According to a site called The Comeback, there's some weird news on Miggy.
"The Pittsburgh Pirates outrighted former New York Yankees sensation Miguel Andújar on Thursday. Kevin Gorman of the Tribune-Review reported Thursday that Andújar, who the Pirates DFA’d last week, cleared waivers and would receive a non-roster invite to spring training."Kind of feels like starting over. I hope he proves he's worth the gamble in Pittsburgh. I really liked Andujar as a player. Let's hope it all goes his way.
