IT'S GOTTEN OUT OF CONTROL

We have a country that is overreacting to a strain of virus. This story has become so overblown that it's crippled our nation. The main thing to do is to stay calm.  You can debate me all day about this virus that has spread around the world all you want. I have one thing to say... I'm not an expert on any virus. I'm an expert on understanding truths and facts and not getting worked up. This is about common sense. That's it.

There is zero reason to panic. Zero.

If you are healthy and you take the hit and get COVID-19, it is suggested you stay hydrated, rest, stay isolated... you know... LIKE EVERY TIME YOU HAVE THE FLU BUG.

You need to wash you hands a lot more than normal now. I have news for you. You should have always been washing your hands.  People think it's the apocalypse… and they are hoarding toilet paper, hand sanitizer, but these are the same people that wouldn't bother touching the stuff on a normal day.  Suddenly someone says VIRUS and the world locks down.  To the morons hoarding hand sanitizer... it's probably a good idea for the people you are friends with use hand sanitizer too. In other words, 1 bottle will last you a good month and a half. You don't need 20 for yourself.

Selfishness is pretty evident in this crisis. You are all embarrassing yourselves.  Here are my simple tips to keep you calm:

Wash your hands. Always should have been, but wash them more now.  A little soap and water on 1 paper towel can easily clean down a surface or mouse on a computer or countertop. If you have a Lysol wipe, good for you, but I have news for you, if you don't, you will be FINE, just be smart.

Touch less stuff. It's pretty easy. If you are a weirdo, wear rubber gloves in you want, but it's kind of ridiculous and over the top.

Don't hoard. Why would you do that? We are a society of human beings, not savages. Are you really going to take as much as you can to hurt another person in your town or community so you can "live" a day longer? Stop it, you are all being ridiculous.

And finally. Help people in need. This is not the end of the world, it's an overblown concern and our government and communities are all being protective. The problem is the media has made this appear to be doom and gloom for ratings. It is not as bad as it seems.

Be smart, don't be selfish and always be prepared like a regular day in your life. Don't be overprepared and selfish and fall into the panic and make others just as panicked as you.

It's a setback... it's not the end.  Take a deep breath and live your life... with a minor altered lifestyle.

Please.
