The great Pete Caldera of the Bergen Record has this nugget about Adam Warren. The bottom line is he pitched well in Trenton and it almost ready to return to the Bronx, which of course causes more headaches when it comes to personnel.
Caldera writes:
"...Warren had tossed three scoreless innings during a minor league rehab outing for Class AA Trenton, throwing over 40 pitches and feeling ready to return to manager Aaron Boone’s bullpen.
'It’s definitely a possibility,’ Boone said of activating Warren on Monday. However, the plan is just to 'see how he bounces back’ these next few days following the Trenton outing."

Can we just back off Gray. I remember last season every Yankee fan couldn't wait for Sonny. No, he hasn't panned out, but he's a kid. Give him some time to figure out the big market. Chill.
Truth be told, I'm looking forward to Warren's return. I am at the edge of my seat though wondering who will go down.
Stay tuned...
