CC Sabathia is making his way back. I like this... how about you?
According to Andrew Marchand of ESPN, CC threw yesterday... and even had catch:
CC threw for the first time since surgery. He told me it went well.

Nice!According to Bryan Hoch of MLB.com, " CC Sabathia made his first official rehab tosses on Monday, making 20 throws at a distance of 60 feet. But that does not count the spirals the injured left-hander has been secretly uncorking over the past few weeks.
'I've kind of been throwing the football a little bit and throwing at home, so it feels good to come out here and not have to hide and throw,' Sabathia said...He expects to be able to throw off a mound within two to three weeks."
Knee injuries are a pain in the rear, but if anyone can come out of it dominant, it's our big lug, Sabathia.
Just wanted to pass this along to everyone. It's definitely newsworthy. I can't wait to see the Sabathia roar again! Go CC!
