She's the best and we have always admired the drive and determination Laura and Jorge have (Read THE DETERMINATION & WILL OF LAURA POSADA!) They believe in a healthy lifestyle and they're inspirational.  I remember when she and Jorge did their interview with BYB, Laura said something that stuck with me about their love for each other:
