MASAHIRO TANAKA WILL BE POSTED. BRONX BOUND?

I just wanted to fill you in on a development out of Japan.  According to Andrew Marchand, Masahiro Tanaka will in fact be posted.  That's what he tweeted just a short time ago:
And there's a report from the New York Daily News. They write: "The Rakuten Golden Eagles announced Wednesday afternoon – Tuesday night in New York – that they would post Masahiro Tanaka, allowing the 25-year-old ace to take his talents from Japan to the majors.

The decision ended a week of dizzying rumors and reports that had many believing Rakuten would force the righthander to spend at least one more year pitching in Japan.

The soap opera has finally come to an end, opening the door for the bidding to begin."

Is his next stop the Bronx? God, let's hope so.
