As the ace, CC needed a unique hat, hence the green pom. It's a symbol of respect... at least that's what we think in our "Christmas Yankees" world.
Look...today is Christmas eve. I have about a thousand things to do before tomorrow and I'm positive I won't get it done. We've already been on the Norad Santa tracker like 5 times since 7am. My kids are freaking out. There is Christmas joy and excitement. Therefore, let's celebrate here with some "Christmas Yankees!"
