ALEX RODRIGUEZ COUSIN TO BE QUESTIONED BY MLB

All has been quiet on the Alex Rodriguez front lately. Just wanted to share this quick bit of news with you all. It appears that a Florida appeals court has ruled that Yuri Sucart, cousin to ARod, can be questioned by the MLB in regards to his knowledge on the Biogenesis clinic once run by Anthony Bosch. According to an article in the New York Daily News

"The 3rd District Court of Appeals in Miami ruled 3-0 on Wednesday that Sucart and another witness must participate in depositions in the tortious interference lawsuit MLB filed in March against Biogenesis."

The suit claims that Bosch and other defendants interfered with baseball's basic agreement. MLB wants to depose Sucart because his name appeared on documents prepared by Bosch. His testimony will in no way effect the outcome of the arbitration hearing.

The verdict on the historic 211-game suspension should be coming shortly.

Stay tuned. BYB will keep you posted.
