VLADIMIR GUERRERO SIGNS WITH BLUE JAYS

Just wanted to keep you guys in the loop.  The Blue Jays have signed Vladimir Guerrero to a minor league deal with the Toronto Blue Jays.  Read it all HERE.

According to Ken Rosenthal: "Guerrero, 37, will go to extended spring training with the Jays and proceed from there. His deal, worth $1.3 million, will be prorated over his time spent in the majors."

So there you go, first Johnny Damon to the Indians, now Vladimir Guerrero to the Blue Jays. It's interesting to look that these deals though, both players wanted $5 million a year this winter, both players were left behind and both players finally crawled back to baseball for a lot less then they wanted.

At any rate, good luck to them both. I never dislike either guy, I just couldn't believe what they wanted this offseason. I found it ridiculous.
