And Yankeeland rejoiced!
Just a little nugget to give you an update on Joba the Hutt. The Associated Press reports that Joba Chamberlain is throwing off a half-mound in his road to recovery after Tommy John Surgery. I cannot wait to have Joba back, I don't know about you, but having him will just make our pen so much better than it already is. Read AP's report HERE.
"Chamberlain threw at the Yankees' minor league complex in Florida on Friday. The right-hander said the session on the 5-inch mound, which New York pitching coach Larry Rothschild and team vice president Billy Connors watched, went well."
Expect good things from Joba Ladies and Gentlemen. I see a new and improved pitcher and hopefully, just hopefully this is a new start for our big lug.
Positive energy to Joba everyone... keep it going!
