J.D. DAVIS IS ON THE MOVE

J.D. Davis is taking a swing at a fresh start! The 31-year-old has signed a minor league deal with the Los Angeles Angels after a rough 2024 season split between the A’s and Yankees. Let’s be real—his numbers weren’t exactly spaghetti-worthy, hitting .218 with just four homers and six RBIs in 46 games. And with only seven games for the Yankees, he basically did oogatz (don’t worry, as an Italian, I can totally say that).

But hey, it’s not all doom and gloom! Let’s not forget J.D.’s golden days with the Mets in 2019, when he mashed a .307 average with 22 homers and 57 RBIs across 140 games. Absolute chef’s kiss season. Here’s hoping he finds that spark again with the Halos.

Buona fortuna, J.D.— you got this.
