This is the face of a loser. The Houston Astros had a 29-31 record when the season ended in 2020. And yet, they made it into the playoffs. Not only is this outrageous based on the Astros track record of manipulating the system, cheating their way to championships and getting a wrist slap for doing it. It's outrageous because Rob Manfred let it happen.
And so now we celebrate mediocrity in the MLB now. You don't win, but you get a lot of chances and this is the most perfect example. The Astros ended up beating the Twins to move onto the second round of their playoffs. Not because they earned it... because it's the way the COVID system has been put in place in 2020. And this... THIS is what asshole Carlos Correa says:
Now how does someone take that? How does someone comprehend that knowing that not only are they losers, but also cheaters with many chances? It's horrible. It's a bad way to teach our kids about right and wrong. It's an awful look for the MLB, and not to mention, Correa looks like a moron.
