No real recap tonight. I'm tired and I'm pissed and it's clear... the Yankees are out of the 2013 post season.
The final was 7-0. The Rays had it in the bag all night. The Yanks were flat, they played flat and don't deserve to win a damn thing.
Hiroki Kuroda went 5.2 innings, he gave up 5 hits and 5 runs. Shawn Kelley gave up the other 2.
The Yankees obviously scored zero runs and left 11 on base. That's great... if your goal is to suck.
Final: Rays 7 - Yankees 0.
The only good news? It was Mariano Rivera Bobblehead night. It was insanely popular. The other bad news? They didn't arrive to the stadium on time. Seems about right....
God this loss sucks.
