When the Captain comes back... everything changes... that's the attitude right now because it seems like nothing else will work.
Eric Boland from Newsday reports HERE, that Jeet fielded 41 grounders at the Tampa minor league facility.
According to Boland: "It's not progress indicative of a return anytime soon for Derek Jeter, but as Joe Girardi said, it's something.
'He's on the field,' Girardi said before Saturday's game. 'That's better than what it was last week.'
For the first time in nearly three weeks, Jeter took the field in Tampa at the team's minor-league complex and fielded 41 grounders. He also hit indoors off a tee and played catch."
