And the answer was "No Thanks." Yup, that's right. It is being revealed by Yahoo Sports dude Tim Brown that Derrek Lee will not come play with the New York Yankees. Although, I'm sure the guy is flattered.
According to Brown (Read HERE), "Lee considered the request for several days before notifying the Yankees on Thursday of his decision."
Well, Brian Cashman will now turn to other options...
