WHY KIMBERLY JONES & YES BROKE UP

Is it tragic that Kim Jones is leaving YES? Maybe to some. Kimberly Jones and the Yes Network apparently are parting ways after she was with the network for 7 years. Kim turned down different offers from YES. She will be missed. Jones was one of the first interviews we ever had at Bleeding Yankee Blue titled EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: KIMBERLY JONES. You need to check it out. She's a cool chick, she had an incredible job and we all loved her moments of getting soaked in champagne and smacked with pie cream after a come from behind win at Yankee stadium.
Here's what Kim had to say, brought to you by Newsday HERE: "It was a terrific seven years, especially when I didn't know if I'd make it through the first one, and neither did anyone else,'' she said, laughing. "It was filled with highlights and moments that only the Yankees can provide. I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity at YES."

We wish her well. Kim Jones is one of the good ones.
