RYAN BRAUN SPEAKS OUT...SORT OF

So the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is reporting that Major League Baseball is unlikely to overturn the 50-game suspension of Milwaukee Brewers star Ryan Braun, and the team is preparing to play the beginning of the season without the National League MVP.

As you may all remember last month reports surfaced the Braun failed a MLB drug test. Read HERE. Since then a number of media began reporting that the banned substance was not PED related at all. In fact, reports said the test result was not linked to a performance-enhancing drug, and it was later reported Braun’s failed test was the result of medication he was taking for a “private medical issue.” Read that HERE. But none of that will matter, according to the Journal Sentinel story, An MLB official told the newspaper Braun can win the appeal only two ways:
  • Prove there was a lab error or
  • Establish the Brewers approved of the treatment in advance.
TMZ.com caught up with Braun last night and here is what he had to say:
