Quick note about BYB friend, Laura Posada, wife of Jorge. She's amazing and never stops working.
We became friendly with the Posadas a few years ago and Laura and Jorge were nice enough to contribute to a great interview with us here on BYB. Read that here:

She's extremely inspirational, she works her tail off and she really just needs a Saturday Shoutout as she is truly an inspiration to not only women out there, but to everyone. She never stops working.
