GUESS WHO WANTS CURTIS GRANDERSON?

The Chicago White Sox have an interest in Curtis Granderson and that was brought up through "sources" in a Chicago Sun Times piece HERE.

It reads, "The Sox appear to have more than a passing interest in bringing Granderson home. A source told the Sun-Times the Sox will make a hard push for Granderson, 32, who will be a free agent for the first time and might come cheaper than expected because of two freak injuries that limited him to 61 games, seven homers and 15 RBI in 2013."

Now look, it's a source, and you know how sources work. It's 50/50.  One thing I am almost 100 positive of... I feel like his time in the Bronx is over.  We have Brett Gardner, Ichiro Suzuki, Alfonso Soriano and a bunch of kids. Plus, Vernon Wells is the 4th outfielder and DH  Where is the room? Now it's true, we lose tremendous power if Granderson leaves, so it would be smart to try and retain him, but I think that the Yankees' thinking is, with Mark Teixeira back, Soriano returning and with us possibly picking up some pop in the off-season to replace the Granderson home runs, it will all work out. Also, they are praying Wells isn't a bust.

Who knows at this point... the idea of Grandy to the White Sox is in fact interesting at least.
