RAUL IBANEZ JUST GOT DUMPED

It's being reported that the Los Angeles Angels have released Raul Ibanez.

According to Yahoo Sports, "The Los Angeles Angels released 42-year-old Raul Ibanez on Saturday.

The 19-year veteran hit .157 with three home runs and 21 RBIs in 190 plate appearances this season. It's a big drop from last season, when he hit .242 with 29 homers for the Mariners."

What happens now? Well, I can't imagine the Yankees go after Raul after the season he's had, although, it's been said that a change of scenery can do wonders for a player.  I doubt the Yankees will go after him though. Who knows, maybe a team will offer him a deal and this would be his last season, or maybe he hangs it up now. It's hard to say because Raul's a gamer.  He's also 42... keep that in mind.

What happens next for Raul? I wonder...
