I am addicted to Facebook, and after reading this....you might be too. Have you seen Laura Posada's Facebook page? If not, you need to check it out! Before I found her page I already thought she was superwoman because it seems like there is NOTHING this woman can't do. Now when I wake up in the morning I am looking for her posts to jump start my day. It's become an addiction!
So what is all the fuss about? Well, go HERE and see for yourself. I love all of the motivational quotes that she posts, sometimes it is just what you need to start the morning off right. Her posts can give you a spark of inspiration that has been missing. I know sometimes I read them and I feel like they are an epiphany that sets the day in motion....and in a positive one too.
I think one of my favorite ones is "Don't look back...you're not going that way" and it's so true. Just the other day I woke up thinking "Ugh, I don't want to go to work today because yesterday sucked!" Then, as I procrastinated actually leaving the house I saw that quote on her page and decided to look ahead rather then look back at all of the crappy things that happened the day before.
How about this one:
I don't know how Laura has time to accomplish everything she does in a day. In addition to being a mom, a philanthropist, an attorney, personal trainer, family health and fitness specialist, and TV personality....she also is a life coach! I wonder if she can come give me some coaching because my head spins trying to figure out how to cram some sleep into a 24 hour day. She is a million times busier than I am so she would be the person to learn from, right? Well now she has a website and has a lot in the works lately since launching the site, check it out HERE, it's LAURAPOSADA.COM! I have to admit....if I could get Laura out by me in Arizona, I would definitely want to sit front row to listen to her speak. Maybe one day I will be lucky enough.
It's no surprise to read us or about how much we love the Posadas here at BYB. There is so much more to this family than just baseball. As I get older, I want to be like Laura. If I could accomplish half of the things she does on a daily basis I would be amazed and happy. As busy as she is....I love how she takes time out to read us all of the time here at BYB, too. She has become such a good friend of ours here! Now, hopefully after she reads this she will once again support us by wearing our BYB tank top for us! Gotcha Laura!
She once wore our original shirt, and we'd love for her to do it again! PLEASE LAURA!
Laura....this is to you! I believe you are an amazing modern day role model for girls everywhere. You inspire a lot of people and of course all of us here at Bleeding Yankee Blue.
