JUDGE & TORREYES & A BOND SO DEEP

When you're a good team player, players love to play with you.  Last night  Judge homered in the Yankees win against the Orioles.

And then...Aaron Judge signaled to Yankee brass that one significant player was missing from their dugout.  The Yankees, while they can't go against brass and be publicly against their decision to send Toe down, wish he was up in the Bigs with them... because of his energy... because of his production.  Because he's a team player and a good guy.  That's why this moment was significant…

Leadership is a very important thing for any ball club.  This young man in Aaron Judge is quite the leader.  And I know the Yankees are thinking about that moment long and hard.  No one liked that Ronald Torreyes got send down.  And yes, I am fully aware of the personnel issue with the Yankees. We have a lot of good players... it's not easy to make decisions and no matter who they send down, they're gonna get crap for it.  But there's something about Toe that everyone loves.

Judge reminded them last night.  Biggest Supporter.  Greatest Teammate.
