NOVA TIME!

It's almost time for Ivan Nova.  Wow, it seemed quick to me. I must be easily distracted or something.

According to Hardball Talk, "Nova took a big step in his comeback from Tommy John elbow surgery Monday, making his first minor-league rehab start.

Nova threw 4.2 innings at Single-A, allowing two runs on three hits while striking out three and walking zero. Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.com reports that scouts in attendance were impressed with Nova, who topped out at 95 miles per hour about 13 months removed from surgery."

Good News.

You gotta appreciate the comeback. I like Nova and I see a ton of upside getting this guy healthy. The timing is right.  First Masahiro Tanaka comes back strong last week, now Nova.  The road is long, but Nova is coming back and I'm excited about it.

Anyway... wanted to keep you in the loop.
