MY SONS, THE BLOGGERS. A VERY SPECIAL FATHER'S DAY

I received two gifts today from my oldest boys. Any time I receive something from the heart from my little men, well, I could not be more proud and more touched. I wanted to share them with you. The first one is from my 9 year old who's turned into a mature young man overnight, he's a great kid and clearly follows in his old man's footsteps, he loves the game of baseball. The second one is from my 8 year old who may be the sweetest boy I've ever known. He gets that from his mother. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did. Happy Father's day everyone.

"Hi Dad. I wanted to do this because I want you to be happy. This story starts like this; 'Dad, do you remember when we went to play baseball the first time?' We went to the field and once we got there, I batted. The first pitch you threw I fouled off. The second pitch I lined and almost hit you. The third pitch I hit into the outfield. 'Nice hit,' we both said. Next, I pitched to you. You gave me a really good technic for pitching and then we went home. After we got home, I said 'Thanks for your help.' Dad, we may fight sometimes but otherwise you're the best. Oh yeah, and have a Happy Father's Day."

"Dear Dad, You are a great dad because you can protect me from strangers. You make the best dinner. The chicken that you make is delicious. You can make the smallest sand castle, but it's still the best. I loved when you took me to the movies and we saw Tin-Tin. I loved the part when they were in the village."

Clearly these mean more to me than you, but I had to share. They warm my heart.

Enjoy to day everyone, I am.
