Here’s Part 3…

Here is a shot of Larry Rothschild and Masahiro Tanaka going over recaps of Tanaka’s sessions I’m sure.  What do you think this conversation is like? Maybe something like this?

Rothschild: Now when you’re throwing, don’t overthrow… you hear me?

Tanaka: OK

Rothschild: Once you get going, you can let it go and really work out the arm. Do you understand?

Tanaka: Yes

Rothschild: DO YOU KNOW WHAT I’M SAYING?

Tanaka: Yes. I’m Japanese, not deaf.

How about this one.  It’s a cool shot.  Just a skinny, strong CC Sabathia throwing alittle.  I want this guy bouncing back this season.  Another 20 win season for CC Monster! I can’t wait!

Here’s Brian McCann getting set up for a workout.  Doesn’t this guy have someone to do this for him? Don’t get me wrong, I love a guy committed to his craft and I’m psyched to see this guy play in pinstripes, but you know what I mean.  It’s a cool shot.

Brian Roberts here warming up.  Everyone has an opinion about Roberts this year. I say we rolled the dice and let’s see what he can give us.  I believe he’ll have a decent year for the Yanks. Sure, he’s not Robinson Cano, Cano was younger and a damn good player, but Roberts has heart and still has the ability to do great things and I believe we’ll see that this year… I don’t care how old the guy is.
