YANKS ACQUIRE ODOR AND NO ONE KNOWS WHY OR EVEN LIKES IT

The Yankees are a few years too late with this move.  Many hate it. Others don't get it.  I think it's absolutely ridiculous. My 18 year old says it's stupid because, well... "he's not good."  But it is what it is... the Yankees have acquired Rougned Odor from the Rangers.

The New York Post writes:

"The Yankees traded a pair of minor leaguers for the 27-year-old infielder on Tuesday. Odor was designated for assignment by the Rangers before Opening Day and has two years and $27 remaining on his contract, with Texas expected to pick up much of it. The Yankees sent outfielders Antonio Cabello and Josh Stowers to the Rangers."

And literally, that's all I got. It's unclear his role in New York and why the Yankees even went for it, but they did. Now we will see what will happen next.
