Brett Gardner had a great season and proved to be a leader in that Yankee clubhouse. I think bat banging is totally fucking childish, but that's his thing. Whatever works to spark solid team energy I guess.
The latest with Gardner is that the Yankees and he are trying to work something out... especially with Aaron Hicks out because of Tommy John surgery for next season. By the way, if that dude was hurting, why the hell are they even using Hicks this past ALCS? I found that ridiculous, but whatever.

We will see what happens and if anything does, we will let you know here on BYB. No question though, it appears the Yanks need Gardy back at this point.

I don't think many Yankee fans are going to not want Gardner back. First of all it's not our money right? And there are worse guys to have around than Gardy. Good for him I hope the Yankees bring him back, he earned an encore. Will this be his last year? If it is the Yankees need to make a big deal about it he deserves it.
