The Athletic has it, and USA Today reported this nugget:
"Chicago White Sox catcher Welington Castillo will reportedly be suspended 80 games for performance-enhancing drug use. The news was first reported by a Dominican Republic journalist on Twitter and later confirmed by The Athletic. The announcement is expected to be made Thursday."
But why? Are these players knowingly doing it and then act like they didn't know what they were putting into their body? It's pretty bad.
Castillo? He'll go back to playing eventually and fade away into the sunset. With a guy like Cano, clearly on his way to the Hall of Fame or at least very close to it... this changes everything. Too bad.
