BIRD & CASTRO REHABBING FINE

Greg Bird and Starlin Castro are making progress on the rehab front and that's good, because we need them!

Newsday writes:

"Greg Bird and Starlin Castro took significant steps in their respective rehabs on Tuesday.
Each did some light running and took batting practice several hours before the game against the Blue Jays, with Bird in particular putting on a show during BP with a handful of long home runs."

And this is just great news.  Bird has been out since March 30th.  Castro has been out since July 22nd.  I think I speak for everyone when I say I can't wait until they're back 100%.
