THE ODDS OF THE YANKEES WINNING IN 2017

Leave it to Pete Caldera of Pinstripe Posts and the Bergen Record to give us the ultimate nugget.  Pete writes:

 "Directly from Las Vegas, Bovada has put out its first odds on the 2017 World Series winner.  And the Yankees have opened at 25-1 to win it all next season. That makes them the eighth choice overall in the American League...."

I love the nugget, but I hate basing a season on Bovada and I find the whole thing to be B.S. So many things come into place besides looking at stats.
