Chris Capuano was designated for assignment.
The
New York Post writes: "
The Yankees designated Capuano for assignment, despite owing him
approximately $2 million on his $5 million salary for this season, and
kept Moreno on the roster Wednesday. The Yankees have 10 days to trade
the 36-year-old lefty before he goes to waivers and then gets the option
of accepting a minor league assignment from the Yankees."
Moreno is Diego Moreno... and last night, he was amazing against the Rangers.
Life goes on... now, how do we get rid of
Stephen Drew?
Hmmm.
