GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!

Small note just because you gotta respect the grind and just great seasons in this game.  Red Sox pitcher Rick Porcello has won the Cy Young for the American League. For the National League, it was Max Scherzer.

"...Cleveland's Corey Kluber and Detroit's Justin Verlander were the top three finalists for the award.

The Boston Red Sox righty had a remarkable season for the AL East winners. Porcello went 22-4 with a 3.15 ERA, 223 innings pitched, 3.40 fielding independent pitching (FIP), 145 ERA+, 1.009 WHIP, 3 complete games, 5.91 SO/BB ratio and 5.0 WAR."

Of course, with Porcello's win, Kate Upton came out to say how disappointed she was because her lover Justin Verlander didn't win, and of course... according to her, he should have.

There can only be one winner for Cy Young, Kate. Sorry.

And for all my BYB male portion of the audience...

Here's a winner too.

God bless.
