According to Joel Sherman, a decision will be made soon by Chase Headley as to where he will sign.

It is good news to report that the Yankees have had a dialog with Headley about remaining in the Bronx.
Hopefully they had a constructive, honest conversation and hopefully they offer him something that makes sense... none of the $65 million crap.
I do wonder if the Giants would go high on their bid for Headley merely because they lost Pablo Sandoval. We'll have to see about that. I guess the money allotted for Headley by the Giants all depends on whether or not Lester signs with them too.
