REYES BOLTS FLUSHING, MARLINS MAKE SPLASH

Jose Reyes has agreed to a 6 year $102 million contract to play for the Miami Marlins. The full story is HERE. Looks like Mets fans have more misery, but if you ask some of them, they are happy Reyes is gone, meaning, he may have been a great ball player, but they needed him out of there to start rebuilding their ball club.Word on the street is the Marlins are also the top team to snag Mark Buehrle as well. Read HERE. You know that I felt that having Ozzie Guillen as the Marlins new manager would convince Marlins brass to go out and get Buehrle because of Guillen and he's relationship. Read WHY VOUCHING FOR BUEHRLE GIVES MARLINS THE UPPER HAND.

You know how much I want Buehrle on the Yankees... let's hope that happens instead of him running to the Marlins.
